Our Communities Connected for Kids Program provides services for children and families in the child welfare system, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect and abandonment. Based out of Fort Pierce, FL, this position is responsible for the following duties:
- Provide general administrative support for all company employees and all departments;
- Serve as a receptionist for the agency office locations, as assigned;
- Distribute and disseminate letters, memorandums, facsimiles, copies, etc.;
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and postage services;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business machine repair and maintenance vendors;
- Manage the ordering and inventory of all office supplies;
- Assist with developing reports, tracking tasks and other business functions, as required;
- Assist with preparations for meetings, conferences, travel, such as refreshments, accommodations, document preparations, interviews, etc.;
- Arrange appointments for agency staff and maintain conference and meeting rooms calendar as requested;
- Assist in obtaining records from community agencies;
- Coordinates and documents diligent search outreach and responses;
- Participate in the accreditation process;
- Participate in the quality improvement process; and
- Perform other duties as assigned.
